AgencyTerminal is a SaaS platform that provides quote generation, project management, and business tools for creative agencies and freelancers.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

The AgencyTerminal service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Galileo Holdings LLC. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than providing and improving our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galileo Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
