  • Quote, invoice, and project data you create
  • Payment and banking information submitted through Stripe for payouts
  • Your clients' contact and billing information that you enter to send invoices

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and location data

3. Third-Party and End-Client Data

When you use AgencyTerminal's invoicing features, you may enter personal information about your own clients (such as their name, email address, and billing details) into the platform. You are the data controller for your clients' information. Galileo Holdings LLC acts as a data processor on your behalf for that data. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing your clients' personal data
  • Providing appropriate privacy notices to your clients
  • Complying with all applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or other local regulations) in connection with the data you collect through the platform

We will process your clients' data only as directed by your use of the platform and as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our service
  • Process your platform subscription transactions
  • Facilitate your invoicing and payment collection to your clients
  • Send you service-related communications
  • Improve and personalize your experience
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud
  • Comply with our legal obligations

5. Financial Data

AgencyTerminal facilitates payment processing through Stripe. We want to be transparent about how financial data is handled:

  • We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials — these are handled directly by Stripe
  • Stripe receives and processes payment and payout information directly; their Privacy Policy governs Stripe's handling of that data
  • Invoice amounts, transaction records, and payout data may be stored in our systems to provide you with financial reporting within the platform
  • Your clients' payment card data is never stored by AgencyTerminal; it is processed directly by Stripe

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Stripe: Payment processing and merchant services (including Stripe Connect for invoicing and payouts)
  • Anthropic: AI-powered features including quote generation
  • Service providers: Who assist in operating our service under appropriate data processing agreements
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • If you are in the EEA or UK: request restriction of processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

AgencyTerminal is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If you are an AgencyTerminal user subject to GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations, you are responsible for your own compliance with those regulations with respect to the data you collect from your clients through the platform. We will cooperate with reasonable requests to support your compliance obligations.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

11. Age Requirement

AgencyTerminal is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, notifying you by email.
